Thanks! Didn’t even know this was happening

I love the game and the lore, but this was a bit underwhelming.

    • Please elaborate a wee bit.

Customers who bought this also bough "Avatar Free Comic Book Day 2011 (Avatar: The Last Airbender) Kindle & ComiXology" (Free) as well https://www.amazon.com.au/Avatar-Free-Comic-Book-2011-ebook/…

I played this game for about 17-20 hours and struggled to go on.

The story didn't really grab me and I found that after the initial encounters with the different type of creatures, I kinda lost interest in the fights. The human camps were dull as well.

Does something happen half way in to shake stuff up or have I seen it all?

Maybe I was critical of it because it came out in 2017.

I’m about the same, I loved it to start but I’ve played it twice now and stopped around the same time both times. Still, I love the lore and characters so I’m keen for the comic book!

I think I need some humour in these long open world games. Some little quirks

Witcher3 could get dull and samey - I had to take a break before I came back for the 2nd half and the dlc, but then you'd come across some crazy mission and I'd be ready to scout around for footprints again

I mean that worked for gta for years.

Even mad Max where you could say there's nothing to do, had something

Why I don't mind death stranding even though it's not exactly exciting, there's some chance of kojima weirdness to keep me going

Depends on how far you got in those 17 hours. If you start grinding away at side missions the game will lose you. I think the story is amazing and there are some big reveals in the last 3-4 main missions. Then if you play it again there are plenty of hints to that big reveal. I played it through twice on PS4 and just finished my PC playthrough. I struggled a bit on the PC playthrough because I got bogged down doing side quests and errands for 10 hours or so, but really engaged again once I got back on the story missions.

      • Right.
I do tend to go exploring and do side missions.
        Ibwss

I should of just done main story.

I was confused because there was this huge map and places to go

    • Does something happen half way in to shake stuff up or have I seen it all?

Story wise, yes. The gameplay stays the same though.

  • Need a US account for this. Doesn't work

    • I really don't want an Amazon account, so signed in through ComiXology (seems to be owned by/associated with Amazon anyway??). I DO have my Aust delivery address in there too. Obviously they want you to use the Kindle app, but the comiXology app works well too.

  • Is it readable or is this port to comic platform full of bugs and unusable as well? :P
