How it works

Step 1. To qualify to receive a Store Credit on their next purchase, the Participant must purchase an eligible Small Kitchen Appliance, Ironing, Health, Grooming and/or BBQ product over the nominated transaction value in a single transaction from www.thegoodguys.com.au from Thursday 13th August (AEST) to Sunday 6th September 2020 at 11.59pm (AEST) (“Promotion Period”),

Step 2. Select Store Pick Up at local store at check out,

Step 3. Collect their purchase from their nominated store by 5pm AEST Sunday 13th September 2020. No claim required. Qualifying customers will receive the store credit via email by the 16th September 2020.

The only product categories included in this promotion are Small Appliances, Ironing, Health, Grooming and BBQs, and only when purchased online and collected in-store. Categories excluded include Microwaves, Vacuums and Cleaners, Fitness Trackers and Kitchenware. It appears that the webpage of an eligible product shows a "GET UP TO $100 STORE CREDIT" button below "BUY NOW".

Key Conditions (more details on the promotion page and in the full T&Cs):

1. Limit of One (1) credit issued per customer for this promotion. Customers may qualify to receive additional store credit through other promotions running concurrently provided both qualifications are met.
2. … Eligible customers will receive their bonus Store Credit via EDM to the email address provided at check out on Wednesday 16th September 2020 (Credit Dispatch Date) as long as the goods purchased have been collected by 5pm AEST 13th September 2020.
3. Store Credit will expire within 4 weeks of the Credit Dispatch Date being 14th October 2020.
4. Customer must be and remain opted in to receive Marketing materials From The Good Guys until the Credit Dispatch Date.
