    wait a sec.Uniqlo jacket. This is not even worth $59 I reckon. Please try it on before buying. It's CHEEP looking. Why you not buy Halo jacket and carry your woodworm umbrella?

      nah these are pretty good, uniqlo quality is decent. macpac is obviously better, but also way more expensive rrp.

      bigger thing to consider is that these are thin and light, not the usual chunky down like the macpacs. which seems worse, but the thin ones are very practical unless you live in the arctic. they are a good all-weather jacket that work on slightly cooler days, and layer well when it dips down. which helps, since all down jackets look pretty shit anyway.
      even while living in a frosty climate (winter temps around 0), i usually wore a thin down+nice coat, instead of my chunky down. but id also wear it all through autumn and spring too, when the chunky down went into storage.

      pretty sure there are thin macpacs too, which would be the best purchase.

        It's decent yes but I bought Uniqlo 'merino'. It's so shitty (coarse) and arms are too short. I beg of the people to just try it on first. :)
