I have just tried to subscribe to it — being an architect at a medium size ISV. We don't use any Oracle product (and in fact we are pretty much a Microsoft-only shop) so not sure whether I would qualify. Worthwhile to give it a try anyway.

We use Oracle databases mainly, however I've been wanting to take a look at their Identity Management products, just to compare how they are to IBM's which we currently manage.
