It seems like the offer has been sent to those flyers who have transferred points in the past, That said, it's possibly worth trying to login and see if you get it showing? (Hat tip to the Frequent Flyers Group on FB)

To be eligible, you need to transfer a minimum of 4,000 points and complete the transfer by Sept 15th 2020. As per the terms of the offer :

• There is no cap on the maximum number of points you can transfer.
• You should allow up to 15 days after the offer has closed for the bonus Qantas points to be credited to your Qantas Frequent Flyer Account.
• Standard points transfer instantly, although sometimes it can take up to 1 business day.

It can only be with points from one of these cards:

• The American Express Platinum Card
• American Express Platinum Business Card
• The American Express Centurion Card

    It's a Qantas thing. They spat the dummy a few years back and banned cards from having flexibility. Could only choose QF or everyone else. They figured they couldn't lose their biggest points customers though, so the Plat charge, Centurion and a couple of Big 4 business cards still have the ability to transfer to a couple of FF programs that includes QF.
