  Nope, JC2 is highest reviewed.

  This is another open world borefest where the player is left to create their own fun. After smashing planes into trains and ships and oil refineries gets boring after 60 minutes you realise it's just faster to shoot everything on the two types of boring missions the game gives you which makes it all seem kinda pointless.

    I love JC2, but it's dated and JC3 is faaaaaaar more fun to play.
