My girlfriend ordered churros and never received them.

Tried to get a refund and was banned for 'refund abuse'.

So now she has no churros and lost $26.

    • But it has 5 stars on 1m reviews

    • Menulog messed our order up and we didnt deliver a $14.95 meal. It was likely the driver gave the wrong bags as ours had an extra drink in it. They offered me a $5 voucher to compensate. I told them ill stick with uber as they actually care about customer service if things go wrong. Ill be sticking to uber and their over priced delivery from here. I see it as buying insurance on every order.

I had a Menulog driver mark the delivery as picked up, then I still didnt have my food 1hr later (had since got on the phone to Menulog and the restaurant). Then it was marked as delivered. Turned out the food was still sitting on the restaurant counter. He must've seen it was a 12min trip and just didn't bother. Ended up getting a full refund and a re-do of the order, however I agree that UE still offer better service.

3 orders completed ages ago. can we mark this as expired now? seems to be an advertising stunt

    • Wut?

      • It was saying 3 orders for all WA customers only which could have expired long time ago

  • Thanks.

      At checkout

  • We couldn’t find any restaurants near your location that we currently deliver from. Follow along as we launch in new cities.

    Dinner not sorted :/ ;)

    Terrible ux. Gave up.

  • Worst service of the lot in my opinion.

I'll be avoiding. Too much hassle for what it's worth.

Good luck if you use it.

    • Agree. May be only worth to do using pick up option.

    Thanks OP. Worth a try.

  • Ordered, got marked as delivered but I never received it.
Have been refunded, but I don't think I'll use it again.

  • Ordered, took an hour (30 minutes longer than it stated) to receive cold food and say it was prepared for pick up 40 minutes prior. Received a refund. Reluctant to order again.

As stated above, Door dash delivered food 40 minutes late. I noticed I did not get a full refund. They have stated since they delivered something they still have to charge me something to pay the business fees to restaurant because something was made and delivered regardless of the condition.

  • Large double quarter pounder + 10 nuggets for $13.25 delivered, crazy.

  • Error: Your account doesn’t qualify for this offer. You may receive this error if you’re using a VOIP phone provider. If so, please update your account with a non-VOIP phone number and try again.

After speaking to them on the phone I was told that my phone number may have been used in the past? weird.

This promotion has largely been a mess for me.

Order #1: About an hour after I placed the order, and after the driver had been sitting around for 10-15 minutes, it was abruptly cancelled "per [my] request". I made no such request.
    Order #2: No issues.
Order #3: Believing I'd have at least one redemption left, I went to place an order a short while ago, but the checkout system insisted I'd used them all up, and the best Support could do was credit my account $5 and suggest that I try again later (better than nothing, I suppose).
