Can't go past your foods, your 100% right. That's the first place you should go for your protein. But these are supplements, active people have a higher requirement of protein and other nutrients that is often too hard to get from food (e.g. to build muscle an active man requires 1.7-2g of protein per kg they weigh) so that's where supplements come in. Also, they can help curb your hunger (especially if they digest slowly) which helps when your trying to reduce calories and find yourself snacking.

Well Spida, sometimes these cheaper sites have different 'added' costs such as 'packaging' costs or could be selling old stock or older versions of the product. What we do is try to set all of our prices to be the same or less then the top sites online, in the case that people like Jim find it cheaper - we make sure it is in fact 100% the same, then we usually reduce our price :) We also offer advice with our products, no point of buying it just because it's cheap right?

A brand we sell? WPC are often a cheaper protein type. Don't forget, you need a supplement that supports your health goal (and for the right price) not just a cheap supplement - otherwise you end up wasting your money.

Whey is Whey, i don't prefer an isolate… if i did i would get that from ebay also, 100% pure at a fraction of the cost. Whey is whey, whether it's isolate or concentrate, blends however are a different story, i don't want the other crap they put in it, if i want something other than 100% whey i will take it separately and know with 100% confidence what i am taking. As for brands, well i don't care for their marketing bs.
People also forget taste.

I actually find 100% pure whey concentrate easy to drink with both milk and water. Try some soy isolate mixed in water if you want to experience "hard to get down", that stuff is SALTY SLUDGE!!! What i do is make smoothies using water, dates, nuts, raw broccoli, whey concentrate, soy isolate & cocoa.

Absolutely. They don't have fish oil tablets either. You go to any bodybuilding forum and ask what supplements people take and there isn't a single supplement stack recommended that won't include a multi and a good fish oil supp.
I admit the stock is very limited but not worth a neg, maybe the prices deserve one though..
