Absolutely, every time I eat one I get the farts. Partner did do, thats why she stopped eating them. But they taste so damn good
These don't cause my why issues, and I definitely have a sensitive stomach.
Don't ever touch Met-RX bars however, definitely puts you in contender for worse gas in the universe.

These are a task to get down… Unless you need them for on the run you're better off getting 30 equivalent serves of high quality whey for the price of 10 of these..
