    blitzwolf and amazon basic is my favorite, reasonably price and i am sure ozbargain fav as well !

    5 m is too long.

    Personally i like shorter, amazon basic less than 20cm is the best. always attached it on my portable battery

    If you want to use it for Oculus Link, you could simply using the oem cable comes with Quest. Or I suggest simply purchase the Virtual Desktop to get ride of the cable connection.

    Not sure how this works for the Quest when one of the connectors (computer side) is USB-A. You need video and USB-A isn't going to do that.

    You want to have USB-C (computer side) for most graphics cards output (I have this on my laptop). Or am I missing something?

    (It is usb-A in the pic and in the details on Amazon).

      Yep it does work. The USB A to C cable that comes with the Quest also works but it's USB 2.0 so cables like this that are 3.0 and longer are a good option.

        Ok cool. That is interesting, mine quest came with USB-C and USB-C.

        My friends rift had to have usb-c to usb-c as it needed to be on the graphics card usb-c not the motherboard usbc or usba otherwise it was unusable (not sure if that was specific to his machine or not).

          Oh, I think you're right. I've just had mine connected to an adaptor to use with my PC's USB-A port.
          Used it like that for so long I forgot I had the adaptor connected at all.

          The Rift S on the other hand requires both a USB-C and a DisplayPort (or MiniDP) connection to work.

    If u have a quest, don't buy it. You won't need it with Virtual Desktop
