I don't recall seeing the SH2s on sale as yet (released back in May 2020), as Microsoft store still has them for $399.95 and black is OOS.
Look like these guys discount them at 7.5%, not a noticeable saving, but for those wanting the SH2 and don't want to pay full retail (this is OzB right!), this might be OK for you.
From what I have read, I don't think these can compete with WH-MX3 for sound, but if you use them for calls from what I've read they work reasonably well. IMHO, I think the volume control via the dial is pretty cool.

you can sign up for student discount from MS store, it always says ur eligible no matter which email you submit. so u can get it for $360 from the official site.
I tried with my personal email and it worked like charm, worth a try i guess
