            I just tried it but might just be that particular cashier.

            What I did was went to Coles to buy Coles group myer card then went to Myers to buy the 10 with 100 Myers card. That way i was able to earn more points with my Amex platinum edge.

            I asked the cashier if I could buy the coles group she said no.

        Just buy 5 x $100 cards in separate transactions, assuming there is no limit on the number of cards you can buy.

      Yes, if you buy one $500 worth of gift card then you get a one $50 bonus gift card. Please note the bonus gift card is only valid for 3 months while the main gift card is valid for 3 years.
