I do not like the images (persons who use the product) which are photoshoped, it make the product untrusted.

    • You can go to Amazon to see pictures taken by other buyers! More real!

looks like it is a more of a TENS machine than a massager.

    Description from Amazon says:
【SAFE TO USE】This neck massager uses low frequency electric pulse therapy. Do not use when implantation of pacemakers or carrying metal in the body is prohibited. You may feel an electric shock when you first use it which is normal. If your neck is dry, before use please wipe neck with a wet towel and use experience it better. We provide a 1-year warranty, please contact us if you have any questions.

    • This neck massager uses pulse frequency. This is a new technology, unlike traditional neck massage!

    • It seems to be a TENS machine. I just had my first experience with tens, after a back injury with pinched nerves.
Cost quite a bit to get a more comprehensive set up for arms, back, hand.
Worked better than heavy duty medication.

With Tens I didn't want to use pads, (they need to be replaced after a few uses), so I got a system with permanent pads/gloves etc..
Was in horrendous pain for weeks, meds didn't help. To my surprise good Tens worked.

Very good price. Will try it for my very painful neck.

Made of skin-friendly…well that's good to know. I wouldn't want it to be made of skin that was unfriendly.

    • Yes! The skin-friendly material is very friendly!

  • Anyone buying this?

    • got a previous model from ali. pretty much sends electrical pulses down the 2 pads in the middle. meh. missus swears by it but does nothing for me.

  • You may feel an electric shock when you first use it which is normal.

    Hard pass.

    • +1

It's a tingling feeling if it works. Not painful.
      You adjust it.
No feeling at all if there is dry skin.
Need to apply water or a bit of moisturizer for it to work.
Feels great in massage mode and/or for pain relief.
I am using my Tens unit also to build muscle after being unable to move for past 3 months due to injury.

My neck creaks like crazy now. On screen time over 14 hrs/day. Will see how OPs unit works.

      • +1

It puts the lotion on the skin

        • +1

Haha Have not seen that movie in ages.
I never use lotion for tens, a bit of water is enough.

  • +1

    MIght consider this

  • Hey op.

I have this which doesn't move at all and seems to sent tingles/shocks as opposed to actually having moving heads.
    https://www.banggood.com/Jeeback-G3-Electric-Wireless-Neck-M…

Is this similar or do the actual 2 round silver heads move?

    • Would you recommend yours?

      • Not at all lol.. i'm not into getting zapped.

I can see why the op isn't answering the question, just spotted this in the Q&A of the product:

Question: How does this neck massager feel? What is a pulse?
Answer: It feels great! And can effectively relax my neck! This neck massager uses pulse frequency. This is a new technology, unlike traditional neck massage!

Then again without discounting the ops post if you are into this new mode of massaging then sure go for it.
Also spotted a 1 star review after I started looking through review and one of them claiming "if anything, it feels like a tiny electric shock rather than a massage."
I personally would prefer proper moving parts like a traditional massage.

  • for $25 seems good price, reviews are decent. i dont have prime, do i still get free delivery?

    • You can buy it with other products or buy 2 of them!

  • +1
    • More expensive though.

Looks like a bunch of fake reviews on amazon - https://reviewmeta.com/amazon-au/B087M87JC4

    • Reviewmeta what an amazing thing. Why had I not heard of this before!

      • Nor I, thanks TCX88.

  • +2

I got one and I have been using it for 2-3 weeks now. It works well. It's not a hard zap, its a more gentle pulse. I hate getting electric shocks but this was actually quite easy to adjust to. The pro is with a regular massager, you need to put a lot of force on your neck to feel the effects but with pulses, it just needs to contact your skin and you can set the intensity.

  • it still shows the original price today.

        • -1

I will mark it next time!

          • @ONDA: There won't be a second time for me.

      • +1

I think that bsh, cause i didnt see it discount at all.

        • I got one at the discounted price, but I bought it the second the price changed (11:50 AM) so I don't know how long it lasted.

  • dammit too late

  • It was like 10 minutes after the starting time when Amazon said 50% has been sold.

I managed to get it ordered at lower price but I am not surprised it didn't last long.

  • Anyone received their order and tried it?

    • +1

My order is supposed to be here Fri. Lately it takes over a week to ship via AusPost
Can let you know then, if you want.

Am using large Tens unit at the moment on my back and arms. Hope that neck thingy works as well.

    • I tried it. I must admit I was a bit nervous as the probes were actually very close to spine when I wore it.

And I also realized it was too high as I thought it would cover lower trapezius

Having said that, it went okay. I can't say my stiff neck suddenly cured which is what I was kinda hoping.

  • Order canceled due to potential safety issue.

    • Dear, the product has passed CE, FCC, ROHS certification! I was complained maliciously by others! To prove, the Amazon team is already investigating!

  • I got it.

  • Dear, the product has passed CE, FCC, ROHS certification! I was complained maliciously by others! To prove, the Amazon team is already investigating!

    • Amazon also cancelled my order due to safety concerns. I want one

      • When did you buy it? I got mine from this deal.

  • Seems like the product listing has been taken down from Amazon.

  • Got mine. More than happy with it for the price. Bonus USB-C cable which is a rarity.

  • If there was a safety concern then Amazon should recall/refund but I don't think so.

It seems to be okay for me.
