  Entered product serial number but it doesn't detect the product at all. Anyone else having this issue?

    Possibly. I received popup error: "The product model name [val] of the input product serial number cannot match. Please contact your web master for assistance.." (despite me purchasing a TUF B450M-PLUS GAMING on 8th Aug, and the Serial No being fine for normal ASUS product registration)
    I have opened a support ticket with Asus & so my 1st experience with getting a Steam voucher has become a 1st experience with asking Asus for support.
    Let's see what happens.

    Update: I got the following response from support, so I have now mailed "[email protected]"

      I got a reply and was asked to manually email them a claim with the information in the following format:

      Promotion Name (or URL):
      Full Name:
      Email Address:
      Contact Number:
      Country:
      Model:
      SN (Serial Number):

      A CLEAR copy of your TAX INVOICE (not order/shipping confirmation) including: Invoice date, Store name, Product code or name, and Price/Cost of each ASUS product

      A CLEAR photo of your ASUS Product’s SERIAL NUMBER (not PPID) on the back of the ACTUAL product (NOT On The Box).

      Email to: [email protected]

      Hope this helps someone trying to claim here.

          Your claim has been approved now.

                @smogg: I guess as long as we get it I don't mind waiting. Can never be too sure with rebates type deals though. I did email them after submitting to confirm it was received and they said it was but demand was really high.

  Couldn't you just buy gfx card. Use steam voucher. Return gfx card?
