How Much Do You Trust Amazon 3rd Party Sellers, Especially BecexTech?

The Amazon Guarantee say they will look after the consumer, even if the seller is a 3rd party.

I know Bextech has a pretty average reputation around eBay and the like, but would they perform any better with Amazon keeping an eye on them?

Looking to potentially buy a $1300 camera, but my spidey sense is tingling.

Cheers

0%, most of the third party seller(not prime) has bad rating, may be they don't value positive rating much on Amazon

Short answer, "yes" with an "if." Long answer, "no" with a "but."

Before the internet, would you buy a $1,300 camera from that plywood stall in the back alley run by the guy with pit stains that constantly looking over his shoulder?

This is the internet version of that shop.

  • Cheers all, seems like a pretty clear no.

  • I bought from 3rd party sellers before on Amazon. When things went wrong, I always got a full refund. But they were all small ticket items costing less than $150

    • Yeah same. I had items DOA from third party sellers but Amazon are pretty good with sorting it out and giving you a refund.

  • BecexTech are a terrible company, you can find a lot of bad reviews on Whirlpool.

    • Yeh, I've never dealt with them, but even I squirm seeing that name.

    Fulfilled by Amazon: YES
Any other 3rd Party seller shipping to me direct: NO

  • Looking to potentially buy a $1300 camera

    Order direct?

  • If I wouldn't/can't buy from the store direct, I wouldn't buy from their Amazon store. And if I can, I would just buy it direct.
