I sent them a support email, and they replied already! Turned out if you add the sets to cart, a 10% off code automatically applies, and you can only have one code applied, so it automatically hides the box to put codes in..
They earned the sale by replying this late on a friday and within about 15mins!

For traveling are you allowed bring the blade and this on the plane?
My experience no.
The safety razor without a blade is just a piece of metal, so no issues, but I'd leave it in checked baggage, not your carry on.
The same goes for the blade, just leave it in checked baggage. You may get away with a sealed package of blades, but a blade in the razor.. probably not
I can't see any where to enter any codes during checkout other than giftcards, which these codes don't work in?
