    May be you seem new to Seiko watches. What they have mentioned here is the absolute worst case and usually their watches are much more accurate than this, even the mid range ones.

    Seiko being Seiko. They're rarely that bad but it does allow them to refuse service unless it's really bad. Fortunately, these movements are cheap to regulate and cheap to replace if that doesn't work.

    If you want it on the bracelet I don't see the price going down anytime soon. Might be able to get another $50 off it if you are lucky but that's about it.
