We are clearing these awesome cycling saddle bags at cost, the full RRP sits at $59 AUD with most online retailers selling around $39 to $69

If you have any questions, simply pop them in the comments and we'll do our best to get back to you as quickly as possible.

The Scicon Sports Hipo 550 saddle bag with Roller 2.1 Quick Release system is one of the more spacious saddle bags in our collection with a medium size. Great for storing ride essentials, like one inner tube, a micro tool, two CO2 cartridges, a patch kit and maybe an energy gel or two.

Despite its larger size, the design remains subtle hiding the bag neatly under the saddle which means it won’t rub against your bib shorts during your ride. The patented Roller 2.1 quick release mounting system attaches the saddlebag to your saddle rails without having to use any tools.

Mounting the bag to the saddle rails only also means you avoid wear and tear of your seatpost as you may find from conventional saddle bags that wrap around the seatpost. Built into the Roller 2.1 mounting bracket on top and on the inside of the saddlebag you will find two tire levers, complementary with every Roller 2.1 saddle bag in our range, saving additional space. Made out of durable woven Nylon with reflective piping and a light loop for greater visibility, the Scicon Hipo 550 RL 2.1 saddle bag is made to last.

Product Tip.

Add a spare Roller 2.1 mounting clamp to your order to easily switch your saddlebag between bikes.

CLIP IN – CLIP OUT
Our patented quick release system namely Roller 2.1 allows installation without tools and quick and easy removal of the saddle bag with a simple twist. Removing your saddle bag on the next coffee stop or changing it between bikes has never been easier.

TWO TYRE LEVERS INCLUDED
Built into the Roller 2.1 system and included are two tyre levers. These will help you get a tyre off the rim in the event of a puncture and slide neatly into your Scicon Sports saddle bag. These make the removal of even the tightest tyres a simple task.

Shipping is $9.95 in case anyone’s wondering.

    • Hey Watts, thanks for pointing that out - I will add in the description

  • Any dimensions of the saddle? Wondering if it can fit my Samsung S10+

    • +1

      Hey Rakkihizoku

      Measurements : Length: 12.5cm x Width 8cm x Height 6cm

Probably not big enough for a Samsung S10.

You can fit the following : one inner tube, a micro tool, two CO2 cartridges, a patch kit and maybe an energy gel or two.

  • How sturdy are these op?
My last saddlebag is wearing out from rubbing when I drop my dropper post.
Would the retaining bracket handle being on a MTB?
Also, can you order 2 in the same transaction to reduce double shipping costs?

    • Hey Dan

You won't have the same issue with these - they connect to the bottom of the rails on your saddle using the 2.1 RL system… so seatpost adjustments wont wear it out. These are also fine on MTB's, very sturdy and durable. Quite a few people use them, I am sure someone on Ozbargain can second that they use these on their MTB.

I don't personally use this specific model, but I use the Vortex, which also has the 2.1 RL system, which is super convenient for changing saddle bags on bikes.

      • I forgot to add, shipping should remain at $9.95 even if you order two.

        • Thanks Supersonic but the code only reduces one in the basket to $12.95.

          • @dan76n: Sorry Dan, I have fixed the code, it should now apply to HIPO 550 you add to the cart :)

  • I was wanting to order 2, but the code only applies to the first - is there any way to order 2 at the sale price in the same order?

    • Hey VC, most definitely - the code has been fixed so this shouldn't be an issue anymore.

  • Nooooo - I kept seeing this but didnt buy now its expired -AHHH
