Credit to bennybaubles for the 21% code above.

Deal is back. Make sure to use a referral link to get the prices quoted below!

The discount from the referral link will stack with DAD20 and get a further $50 off. The way they calculate the discounts when stacked though is a bit weird, and you're not really getting $50 off on a mattress, more like $40. The total discount seems to be about 26.2%.

Prices after stacked discount codes:

Single - $394.21
Double - $552.21
King Single - $473.21
Queen - $631.21
King - $710.21

After you receive your mattress and have slept on it for a few days, be sure to write a review on Product Review to get a further $25 rebate from Emma Sleep. I have successfully claimed this myself. A rep from Emma Sleep will contact you via private message at Product Review to process the rebate.

I have had the mattress for a week now and it feels comfortable. The firmness is about a 6.5/10 which is just right for me, not too hard, not too soft. It's made from a combination of foam and memory foam. It is also breathable. The only thing is, the sides collapse more than the middle. It's not good for sitting on, and if you want to avoid the edges of the bed to have more sleeping room, I would suggest going one size up. I won't call it cheap but it is the best mattress I have slept on.

I have been told that if you find the mattress too soft or too hard, you can contact Emma and they will send out a replacement top layer for the mattress free of charge.

  • I have had one for around a month, Queen size, its rock solid, I would say 8/10 firmness.
Trying to get a comfort layer sent out but there is no stock it seems with no ETA.

    • really? I guess it varies from person to person. I find the firmness comfortable (I prefer firm mattresses) but a little on the softer side of comfortable. It definitely doesn't feel rock solid on my back.

      • Hey, your OP says the sides collapse, so doesn't that mean it's really not that firm? :( I like firm mattresses too. I'm of an Asian background and I grew up with pretty hard mattresses. The mattress I am using currently also has sides that kind of cave in when sitting on the edge of the bed, it's pretty crap and soft. (I'm living in a furnished unit, I didn't buy a soft mattress!!!).

        • the middle parts are firm, the outer parts less firm. Not uncomfortably soft, just there's a difference if you feel if you try and sit on the edges.

      • Probably depends on your size/weight also, and comfort preference.
I am slowly getting used to it but would love to get the soft comfort layer.

    • Choice say it's 'Medium'. Bedbuyer 8/10 firmness

get a further $25 rebate from Emma Sleep

I just completed the review. Will they simply reach out to me to send the rebate?

    • +2

No, you have to contact them via their web site, quoting your order number and link them the review and tell them you'd like your rebate. I got it approved the next morning.

UPDATE: A rep from Emma Sleep just contacted me via Product Review asking for my order number to process the rebate. But before this I reached out to them first because I didn't know how it worked, and rep from the Emma web site processed the rebate. It is likely the same person managing both.

      • now im imagining they only have employees named Emma

  • Wonder how this compares to the POS saggy ZZZ Atelier I regret buying

    • I would assume positively, but it also costs about 3 times what the ZZZ costs.

  • Waiting on mine now, ordered yesterday afternoon and have live tracking on the delivery van

  • You can use the code
FINDER21 to get 21% off till 6th of sept

    • Thanks, I'll update the post.

  • Are you allowed to pay customers for reviews? Not sure about Product Reviews but just about every other site (Google, Yelp, FourSquare etc) specifically prohibit ANY financial inducement to prove a review.

    • on Product Review it's allowed as long as it is disclosed to everyone, and the reviews are honest, and not just positive reviews.

Manufacturers pay for reviews all the time, especially in the tech space. Look on youtube for example.

  • Do not order from this company - they don't respond to any communications and have the worst customer service imaginable.
Read all the comments on their facebook and online - I don't know if their owners changed hands - but they are incompetent at helping customers and following through on deliveries.

    • they always responded to me. And I contacted them many times. They gave me a refund after the price dropped.

      • That's not indicative of my experience. And mine is recent (2 weeks - no delivery).

No response to all emails or Facebook messages.

I'm CBD located with a building manager who wants to book the lift for me.

Sleeping on the floor for 2 weeks is really getting on my nerves.

Any suggestions on how I can get a response and a refund?

        • I would get a $20 air mattress.

Maybe try contacting your credit card company and asking for a charge back.

        • Is yours a queen? There’s a delay with them. Mine took two weeks and I also had no response from my enquiries. Once it arrived I must say I’m happy with it.

        • I received the queen the day after ordering and am also in CBD (Sydney)
Received 2 days ago now and happy with the mattress so far

@mbx: how long did yours take to air-out/uncompress?
