        I did receive an email stating there are issues with the tracking and they are trying to resolve it.

        Check your spam folder.

    • I think we wait until further notice from TA.

      Shopback took about this long too last time… Will be interesting to see if it's yet another data feed issue.

      I wonder if TA and ShopBack are working together to solve it…

        • Yes I'm aware. But I'm curious if they do help each other in times like this when it is a retailer's issue and that it has happened before.

    I think it's high time for an update on the Cashback situation here. We've been patient.

    We haven't heard anything official since the email 6 days ago.

    More than 3 full business days have elapsed and we've heard nothing about what BWS or CR are doing to resolve the issue.

    It can't possibly take this long to investigate what went wrong.

      Yeah I was happy to give the benefit of the doubt for a while too, but there's been pretty poor communication since that email.

      No time frame given and simply told "don't submit a claim" is not good enough.

    This is why i am extra careful with these deals that are only deals due to the cashbacks. Since cashbacks arent seen for months, at times where the cashback did have an issue along the way and you dont realise it, you have basically ended up paying full price for an item you probably wouldnt have bought if it wasnt the "highlighted cashback " deal…

    We find out about when something goes wrong only on the deals where it has affected a lot of people, for the cashback deals promotions where it may only affect a few people, there is a decent chance no-one ever figures it out…How many times do you go back months later to check every single cashback purchase you have made has been approved or even tracked…At least with discount code deals you can see the price being discounted straight away and its a deal as soon as you make a purchase, problem with the cashback deals, its only a deal once the cashback has actually been paid to your account which is usually 3 months down the line, till that point you have paid full price… And i have seen cashbacks not get tracked or paid too many times over the years.

    Yea, I'm definitely keeping an eye on this. I spent $240 on this, not that I have disposable income to throw away but it was $60 savings to be able to buy some nice whiskey for the long term. Fairly annoyed there's been nothing since.

      Same amount here.
      Did you get 3 Glenlivet and 1 carton of Fifty lashes? $60 is a big amount and I would not have purchased with prices without cashback.

      • I bought 3 bottles of whiskey and a 6 pack.

    • I got stung with the cash back deal with footlockers a few months ago. I ordered 2 pairs and they sent 1 out first. 3 days later they sent me an email to tell me they don’t have the other pair in stock. 2 months later they rejected my cash back claim citing my order was changed. TA helped me to put in a new claim but 2 months on it is still not approved. Learning the lesson I only bought a case of stone and wood this time, yet still got stung.

        It was the cashback which prompted me to place an order too. I am surprised CR has nothing further to say on this, it has been a week now..

        • Same, I spent $320 so expecting $72 cashback.

    Regarding your BWS tracking

    Hi, and thank you for your patience.

    This is a follow-up to the email we sent you last Friday as we recorded BWS click activity on your account between 03/09/20 and 04/09/20.

    BWS has unfortunately not been able to consolidate some sales to Cashrewards and have asked that we manually add them to member accounts. Whilst we understand this is not ideal, we want to make the experience as seamless as possible.

    If you did make a purchase during this period and the rewards are not in your account, please respond directly to this email with a copy of the BWS invoice showing order number, items purchased, and total spend. We will have this added to your account as pending within 10 days.

    Please accept our sincere apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused.

    • Yeap just emailed them both by tax invoices. Definitely going to be time consuming for the Cashrewards team to be processing all these manually. Least they have been transparent and upfront about the issues they have been facing.

  • I presume a snip of my emails showing my order / order total / confirmation of order will do?

    • I copied and pasted into the email and also used print as PDF function which and attached it.

  • How are you all sending your invoice? I only have the emails from BWS and not pdf tax invoice.

    • I sent screenshots of the tax invoice and received a reply back this morning, and my cashback has now tracked.

  • I have received the email from cashrewards asking about my invoice and then they have asked me about the $10 discount on my account and if I used a coupon. I told them this was automatically applied. I hope this doesn't void the cashback.

    • There are many of us who received that discount, it was a BWS offer and could not be removed so it should not void the cashback.

  • Got a confirmation email this morning. BWS tracking now reflecting on my Cashrewards account.

  • Have had all 5 of my transactions listed in CR after emailing the PDFs. Would be nice if CR brought the approval date forward as a 'sorry' for the f-up.

    • CR are not the ones who do the approval, it's BWS. Agree though that they (BWS) could get that done faster for the reason mentioned.

  • Made two identical purchases during the sale and only one tracked. Sent CR the tax invoices for both purchases (wasn't sure which one tracked) so they could add the second one to my account.

    Got a reply yesterday saying it was now listed as pending in my account, but it's nowhere to be seen. Still only lists the purchase that tracked automatically.

    Back to emailing support we go…

  • Good news everyone looks like tracking is being fixed

    I just received a tracking confirmation email from CashRewards for the order that did not get tracked for this 25% cash back promotion.

    My order is finally showing, but for the wrong amount. Bought the Makers 46 for $65, Cashback account says I purchased $33.

    Honestly the amount of effort some of these take to chase up is making this not worth it.
