12 Month iPhone 4S 16/32/64GB

Hello everyone i'm posting this as i was incredibly happy with the deal i was given from Vodafone and thought that some other people here might be interested as well. Basically i got a 12 month contract with a 64GB 4S $1093.5 on a 12 month contract and also had the plan reduced a further $250 by referring 5 people i knew who also wanted this same deal.

Basically it was 49 for the plan +52 for the phone each month and i received a 60$ discount for signing up and a further 10% discount because i took up a $19 cap for my daughter for 12 months which i also received 3 months free on!!

it meant that instead of my paying $999 for the phone i was able to just pay an additional 94.50 over 1 year and receive the calling credits and data plan each month which i worked out to be $7.87 a month and no other plan had that monthly value.

I am also not asking for people to split refer-all credits with me as i have already referred my limit of 5 people. I just thought some other people might like this deal aswell.

The price for the lower size handsets also does work out the same for example the 32 GB is

49+42 so 91 a month with a 60$ discount and if you already have a service there a 10% discount brings it to. $973.50 so your only paying 74.50 for plan over 12 months if you were looking at getting the handset outright.

      I apologize it's $81.125 per month for the 32gb

    Thanks for the offer, if it was 2 weeks earlier I would have jumped in the deal. Too bad already got a SGS2 after putting too much hope for the link above!

    You have bundled and muddled all sorts of things together, and confusing things. You need to break it down correctly…

    Firstly, you cannot count your daughter - that is a separate thing. You could bundle any phone and get the discount, I'd guess. So let's leave that out for the moment.

    OK - in which case it's $101 per month x 12 = $1212 less $60 discount = $1152. Phone value is $999, so you are paying $153 / 12 = $12.75/mth for the plan.

    That $49 plan… you realise that isn't really worth $49? I suppose it's worth $12.75, but remember that if you look at it THAT way, then you're still paying full price for the phone.

    Errr, your maths are odd… now you are spinning it the other way. In which case you still pay $1152 over the year but you are getting $49 x 12 = $588 worth of call credits. This means that you are paying $564 (not $94.50) for the phone itself.

    Anyway, seems like a reasonable deal if the $49 cap is enough for you and you're happy with Vodaphone reception. Have you ever tried using a smartphone on Vodaphone?

    I will have to edit the original post when I get home to make it more legible but the basics of this offer are to make advantage of the referall credits available to you and that you can factor in options for people other than yourself with this deal

    And no this won't turn out like that other post I am always checking my post to promptly reply to people and give as much help as I can

      is there a 24months plan. $81+ a months is still a lot 2 pay.
      my friend got it free on a 24months $59 plan.

      do you think your consultant can offer anything better?
