        OP, I've followed your instructions and emailed your company again but still no response. It's going onto 5 weeks now that i have not received my order or any communication. In total I've email you guys 3 times now with no response and all you did was refer me back to the company's email address. Your post-sale customer service is non-existent once you guys receive payment. This is not right mate.

    I bought one from the last sale, and happy with it.

    But at that time it was marketed as: "….all rugs have been individually measured and are 95cm+" This time it is 90cm+.

    Why are these becoming like Cadbury chocolate blocks?

      yup and the one before was 105~ and the first post was 110….
      it's like all their good and large-sized stock are gone and they are just slowly selling off the crappier ones at the same price…

    I got one of these in a previous offer, can vouch the quality is top notch. I had one bought from china previously and the difference in quality is massive.
    These also smell great, neutral apart from a subtle hint of eucalyptus, think it's how they treated/cleaned it.

        The one I bought from china was off ebay, though I've seen the IKEA ones in store and they seem fairly nice too.

    Does anyone have idea the quality difference between IKEA rug and this one? I have brought UGG rug but haven't try IKEA's one yet.

    I purchased twice from this offer

    The first one was amazing with deluxe texture and we purchased the second on at the next offer.

    However, the second was a total disappointment. It looked and felt different compared with the first one. Even the size is smaller.

    Please look at their other post before buying.

    I have 3 of their rugs. All under size.
    Other people have had the same problem.

    The size of the rugs keeps getting small but the price doesn't change. Quality is inconsistent too.

    Always been difficult to get a response from them unless you publicly complain here.

    Last time I got lots of down votes for this so potential sock puppeting.
