  Good price. I have one of this. I bought the water only tank and use it as a mod only(usually mod two times) after vacuum with my first gen xiaomi. Works really well. Love it.

    Is it very effective in mopping? The youtube review is not very good especially with water leaking from the tank and damaging the unit.

But before buying this robot vacuum, check out common issues that users face with this robot vacuum: *** The Xiaomi Mi Robot Vacuum Mop P has been released for the Chinese market, it means you need to choose the Chinese region in the Mi Home app to make it work. However, there is a trick with a custom Mi Home app that allows you to set your own region. *** Even though the Mi Robot has strong suction, it shows slightly worse results than other similar devices. I'm not sure if it's related to the roller brush or some other issue. *** The water tank is leaking when you slightly shake it, I've heard that some users even damaged their devices since the water got inside the robot. *** Some users reported bugs in the latest firmware when the roller brush suddenly stopped working or the water tank suddenly stopping supplying water in some circumstances. *** The app feels buggy. I hope the firmware and software bugs will be solved soon

      Works well for me. I use it for my tile floor downstairs.
      Also, I set it to Y pattern which will take a bit longer but cleaner. Use it every night after everybody go upstairs. It is quiet if you run it as a mop only. I don't like the idea to have the dust and water tank together so I bought the water only tank separately( around 50 bucks from eBay). Never need to manually mop and have clean floor which is awesome ;-)

    Seems like you can have the same tank for both vacuuming and mopping, but some people prefer just having a water only tank. Up to you, I guess.

  Hopefully it's a bit smarter than the Deebot Ozmo 900 that I have returned from ALDI - It kept giving false errors and the map kept resetting itself.

    Update. Works much better than the Ozmo 900. Mapped my house out successfully after the 2nd attempt (first attempt it got stuck under my TV unit)
    I've been able to now separate my rooms and rename them.

    Brushroll has big rubber fins on it to reduce hair tangle, makes it easier to pull out.

    Only downside I can think of compared to the Deebots is that it only has one spinning brush at the front instead of 2. But the cleaning ability seems just as good.

    Haven't tried the mop yet.
