    We had nothing but problems with our Roborock. It refused to connect to wifi, which is apparently a know problem to judge by animated Reddit discussions.

      Hi Chris, sorry to hear. Assuming you purchased through another retailer - did you raise the issues with them and were they helpful in resolving?

      We have had good experience with the Roborock warranty team as we deal directly with their service centres.

        Thanks. We got out from Amazon, so there were no issues with a refund. Roborock tech support was fairly limp, being hard to get hold of and unhelpful. They never fixed the wifi issue.

        Yes, it’s an established brand with recurring, documented wifi issues.

      mine only works on a 2.4ghz band of wifi if thats of help to you
