    Not buying as the pantry is chock-a-block with beans but I'm a big fan of this one after buying a kilo exactly a month ago today. Great product, it was fast delivery despite living in Victoria in these times, well packed. Highly recommended.

          Hey seamonkey - Twilight is a little lighter roast - little more caffeine compared to Saratoga. If you are brewing espresso and dialed in the crema on this one can be super creamy!!

      Great stuff thanks Tlang - yes we rate day 10 as the premium post roast day on average. By the time you receive it and get a few brews into the bag the timing should be perfect for you.

    Highly recommend these guys!! Got my coffee beans from the last deal. I'm amazed at the quality, cold brew for 16 hours and it's one of the best I have tasted.

    So far, not really enjoying much of the Saratoga that the household is currently using though the one before that, the Enterprise was a whole lot better overall. Now just awaiting for the today's deal to be delivered and see how that goes.

      Hey there dajackal - these two are pretty close. Twilight slightly lighter perhaps a little fruitier with the V60 .

    I bought the Enterprise blend for just over $30 during the last sale (sale not for Enterprise though)
    The delivery to NSW central coast was average but not AirJo's fault.
    Sent next day, went through the borders quite fast, then waited for days in Sydney.
    So annoying, but i'd still buy again.
    Very happy with the coffee
    I usually get a local store coffee for $29 but i need to drive there to get it.
    For an extra $2-3, i'll get it delivered thanks ;)

      Hey there metalvalour and thanks for asking.
      The Twilight Blend on offer here is a light roast so sweeter and fruitier and normally a little more acidic with traditional brewing methods.
      With Cold Brew however you will miss the acidity and be left with the sweeter fruit flavours.
      If you are looking for the deeper flavours you would look at the other end of our range with the darker roasts.
      As a good starting point if not sure, I would recommend the Enterprise Blend as our middle range roast and a great solid blend.

    @OP, I switch between filter coffee and espresso from time to time, what's your recommended blend for filter in the AIRJO range?

      Our most popular blend for Filter seems to be the Enterprise Blend so you hit on a good one there.
      The Twilight is a bit lighter so you will get a reasonably different flavour profile.
