  I bought one just now with Paypal and I got my code in about two minutes. It was $33 with Paypal using the OZB code so I saved $9 which I guess is ok.

  You'll need Xbox Live Gold to play online - but you'd be able to play FIFA local multiplayer or against the computer for example without it
