  While a balanced diet is the best option many of us don't usually have a perfect diet planned out. For them I think supplements make sense.

  Especially Vitamin D, some of us just don't get enough of it. Supplements are there for a reason. You can opt to have the perfect diet out there an ditch the supplements.

  i hope you noticed it says "Usually dispatched within 1 to 2 months". lol, just go to chemistwarehouse and get a 310pk for $10.99 (or some other brand) if you really need vitamin c. better still just eat some fruit …

    I belive its sucralose. Not confirmed though, no info on their website
