  • The only problem is that these taste like lollies, but placebos have been shown to be more effective when bitter.

    3kg bag of oranges is $7.50 at Woolies. Of course they won't last as long but probably better for you and delicious, and you still won't get scurvy ;-)

    While a balanced diet is the best option many of us don't usually have a perfect diet planned out. For them I think supplements make sense.

    Especially Vitamin D, some of us just don't get enough of it. Supplements are there for a reason. You can opt to have the perfect diet out there an ditch the supplements.

      Especially any people with darker skin and especially during the winter (or in the case of 2020, lockdown) months.

  • i hope you noticed it says "Usually dispatched within 1 to 2 months". lol, just go to chemistwarehouse and get a 310pk for $10.99 (or some other brand) if you really need vitamin c. better still just eat some fruit …

  • Anyone know what sweetener they are using in this?

    • I belive its sucralose. Not confirmed though, no info on their website
