I bought the Belkin Conserve Wallet for $25 plus $7 shipping the cheapest I have seen it is about $50 on sale delivered from Dick Smith.
Good for charging multiple devices at once and to shut off power automatically when charged.

Yup, the Belkin works out cheaper with this coupon. The Belkin is $3 cheaper, with $2.95 cheaper postage as well! The Belkin is also recommended by Choice, according to someone on Whirlpool. :)

having read reviews on the valet - it's actually pretty crap. It's only 0.5Ax4, so it won't charge an iPad - and also the timer is a bad feature (it's only a 4.5 hour timed switch - there is no smartness to it to detect current or anything like that). i.e. you plug in a phone, press the switch to activate (which is actually a very dim LED so you have to check to even make sure it's on or off in the first place), it will start the 4.5 hour timer. 3 hours later you plug in a camera, it won't reset, i.e. it will only charge everything for another 1.5 hrs and shut off, leaving your camera partially charged.
so it doesn't detect when the phone is fully charged or not?

I am not sure what you are saying is true. The description says: "Auto-start: while already charging, connecting another device will restart the timer to ensure newly attached devices will be fully charged"

Hmmm, haven't been on Ozbargain in ages..was after a few tech items and then stumbled across this deal. Got myself the Belkin Conserve socket + the valet (not that I needed it). I ordered them both and got it 2 days later…AGL you certainly give 1st class service. Great site too…gotta get me some of those dryer balls.
