Alliance SunPower is proud to support the residents in Victoria for all new customers by providing a $400 discount to pay for your electricity bill over the 8-weeks extension of the Stage 4 lockdown period. This offer is only available for Metropolitan Suburbs only in ZONE 4.

Our Retail price is $7468, minus Federal STC’s of $3268, $1850 Solar VIC rebate, and $1850 VIC solar interest-free loan (4-year interest-free loan, $38.55/month), the total upfront cost will be $500. However, applying the offer of a $400 discount (Power Bill rebate), the final upfront cost comes down to $100. All you will have to pay is just $38.55/month x 48months ($1850 interest-free loan from Solar VIC repayment over 4 years).

    Beware some Powercor areas do not have pass back to grind ability as we found out in our area. They said 12 months before upgrade to network but that's only in work we can't get that in writing , Pass back to grind is your power excess going into the grind which you get payed for.

      It's not about what it can power on the day, it's about how much credits you'll generate in the year ready to offset your peak usage.

      Wild estimate but 20 to 30kw a day. There's far too many variables that affect output. But you get probably 4 hours of good sun and remaining time will be less.

    Would be nice too see a Solar system posted by a company before any loans and Victorian rebate under $1000 or less for those who are retired, on a pension or just want a budget system to have high ROI,.. just a thought as most here on Ozbargain posted are of mid range too high pricing 👍
