  • Price in title please.

  • My knees get really sore whilst running on concrete which ones would you recommend for that?

    • +1

It's hard to know what the exact issue is but this product will help your knee warm up and stay warm while exercising - https://madisonsport.com.au/collections/first-aid/products/k…

      • I appreciate your reply anyway, thankyou =)

    • Err, stop running on concrete? ;-) :-P

      • Haha, genius why didn't I think of that luckily there's plenty of asphalt to run on instead :P

  • Anyone suffering from Tennis/Golfer's elbow, look up 'flexbar'. I managed to damage my arm earlier this year and was going to a physio for months with very minor improvement. I discovered a couple of research papers from the USA showing dramatic improvement from flexbar treatment. For some reason the physio's I've spoken with haven't heard of it, and flexbars aren't available in Australia (that I could find). I bought the medium and hard bars through Amazon, and within a week of using them (went straight to the hard one, the medium was too pliable) I noticed a massive improvement. Within three weeks I'd completely eliminated all symptoms, but I still use it weekly for maintenance at the moment.

If you're interested in finding out more, this page talks about the flexbar treatment for Tennis elbow: https://www.roadto45tennis.com/how-to-cure-tennis-elbow-and-…

Here’s a link to the original study: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC2971639/

Sorry OP for the hijack, I've just been telling everyone whenever I see anything arm-injury related, because my injury was painful and so incredibly frustrating, finding the flexbar treatment made such a massive difference - it really can't be overstated.
