I must say that although I posted this deal, my cashback from the last time did not track :-(. I have raised a ticket with CR and waiting to hear back from them.

TA reached out to me and helped escalate and fast track my groupon and pizza hut CR tracking. They have both been added to my account as pending and hope they get approved when the time comes.
Thanks TA - really appreciate your help and prompt responses!
      Cheers.

  • Cashrewards never tracks. Still following up from bws stuff up and received email asking for more information because the actual INVOICE with name, date, cost, transaction n etc is insufficient.

Same issue here.. Customer service reps are being pain in processing manual claim

      • Please note I PM'd you when I first saw this comment to offer assistance, but have not heard back. Cheers.

        • Update - BWS Cashback Issue has been resolved after TA followed up on this matter promptly.

    • Your comment here yesterday stated you had not received an explanation email, and now you state you did receive an email? I've already explained in my response the BWS was not an issue related to CR tracking. If you want to reach out so I can help, please do so. Thanks.

That's right. As you instructed I RESENT the email with the invoice and this time received this reply

"I'm happy to look into this transaction for you, do you mind sending through your order confirmation email/invoice from the store showing your order number, date of purchase and payment details, please? This information will help me further investigate this claim"

So I resend (3rd time) invoice with every conceivable detail on it and receive this response

"I was reviewing the document you attached for this transaction and I can see that some details needed in processing your claims are missing. Do you mind sending through the full copy of your BWS invoice or order confirmation email showing your order number, date of purchase and payment details, please? This information will help me further investigate this claim."

What details? My DNA? Pure waste of time.

        • Please comment your ticket number here or shoot me a PM. I really want to investigate the claim. Thanks.
