    Truengine3 all gone dammit.

  • Don't buy it if you want at least usable call quality. Music is good but again controls are bad… I returned them. I also found occasional connection issue.

  • I bought the Truengine SE a few months back and I'm mystified about all the great reviews due to they way they fit. The sounds quality itself is actually good and I like that the case can recharge them, it's just there is no way I can get them to stay in my ears unless I'm sitting perfectly still (and yes, I've tried the different sized buds that came with them). I've shoved them in my ear to try and stay in but I think the reason they don't stay in is that they stick out a bit and the weight of them ultimately pulls them out of my ear canal. Any movements at all for me makes them fall out. I've also tried rotating them in numerous position to try and get them to sit in my ears correctly but no joy unfortunately. Perhaps I have funny shaped ears but I haven't had an issue with other buds.

    YMMV

Have you tried putting them in upright, then twisting them almost horizontal to sit in your ear?

I went around like an idiot for months without twisting them, now they fit so snugly and never fall out.

      • I've got the trueshift2 and twisting it so the fins actually hook into the top of the ear helps a lot

    • I felt the same way about the Truengine SE. The Truengine 3 fit much much better; however, the best fitting one is the Trueshift 2 in my experience, holy crap. Snug AF.

    • I own them too; Insert vertical, twist horizontal.
I can jog with them without them coming loose.

  • I bought these a while back, I can run with these in (you need to turn it so the elongated part sits snuggly in the ear) - I take calls with this too - mic quality is average but usable. Music and voice quality is pretty good and battery seems good to. Charging case is USB C.

  • SoundPEATS Truengine3 SE: I've has no issue with call quality but have seen others comments that they have. The fit is great for me, very rarely will one come out and usually its after long use. Sounds quality is really good, good battery life, charging case, controls are decent, occasionally ill have to kinda feel and think because of hit it may be sitting.

But for the prices, compared with apple/samsung, they are fantastic value.

OP, the Truengine3 is back in stock @ 65% claimed

  • I can't use them for calls. They sound volume drops very, very low and does not filter out background noise.

    The music quality is excellent.

  • Just a quick note for anyone who has a Xiaomi Mi 9T like I do. I have the truengine3 SEs and I occasionally have connection issues with them. They are great at the initial connection to the phone but after a while the audio seems to cut in and out on one earphone for a few seconds and this happens quite often. I've used these earphones with a number of other devices and they work perfectly for hours on end. It's possible that it the phone itself is conflicting with the earphones in some type of way. Just something to think about.

  • soundpeats are really good for audio!

  • Truengine3 SE are awesome for the price, got a set from the last deal and highly recommend

So, the deal was expired when I checked earlier, but then I logged on to amazon and the discount was back with a code redeem. Cheers for the deal!

  • Under $60 there is no one, literally no one TWS earbuds can compete with Truengine 3 SE's sound quality. Wide dynamic with strong bass, extremely impressive.

Its call quality is usable, but totally nothing more than just usable. The other side hears your voice low and muffled with hiss. Even the 20 bux earbuds from Big W does better than it.
