Seems to apply to both new and old users. Terms and conditions don't say all that much:

Transaction must be $100 - $499 in order to receive $50 cash back; or $500+ in order to receive $100 cash back. Transaction must be made between 16/09/2020 and >30/09/2020 11:59PM. Limit of one cash back per customer in promotional period, which will be applied to first eligible purchase. Based on purchase amount, $50 cash back or >$100 cash back will be removed from the final scheduled payment.

Can be combined with other coupons such as CottonOn's 20% off using: SPRING20

    I purchased on 29 Sep and my second payment (6 Oct) shows a $50 refund, third and fourth payments still to come. ($20, -$50, $20, $10)
    Unsure exactly which day this happened

    Split $150 payment to 5 and got confirmed today the last one was waived as well as a $20 deduction to the 4th one. So if you buy something $100 finally only $50 will be charged.

    Soooo I placed an order just over $100 on clothes from Cotton On, paid all instalments, got my cashback. I didn't like any of my order as it was a weird fit and not as nice as I expected. Returned the lot to Cotton On, tracking stopped tracking but finally, it was processed and refunded. Refund took a few days to actually show up in my credit card account but it's now there, for the full amount…

    Interestingly, Humm still hasn't taken their $50 back..?

    Has anyone had experience with refunding an order so it was below the eligible amount, after getting the cashback from Humm before?
