Received this sweet email, definitely targeted.

Terms and conditions

  • This promotion is open only to members that receive an invitation email directly from Cashrewards.
  • To be eligible for the AUD $20 bonus, you must first activate the promotion on this page, then shop as normal via any online or in-store merchant on Cashrewards, excluding Woolworths Gift Cards.
  • Transaction must be made between 6:00PM AEST 28/09/20 and 11:59PM AEST 30/09/20.
  • $20 bonus is eligible when making a qualifying purchase of AUD $20 or more in a single transaction (inclusive of GST, after discounts, and before shipping).
  • $20 bonus is ineligible when purchasing from any store or tier showing 0% cashback.
  • $20 bonus will not be added to your Cashrewards account at time of purchase. It will be credited separately as approved by 28/11/20.
  • $20 bonus is over and above the advertised store cashback rates which still apply to the transaction.
    Transaction is valid if made online via desktop browser, Cashrewards mobile app, Cashrewards Notifier, or mobile browser.

  • Selected stores report orders with multiple items as individual transactions into your Cashrewards account. These are still eligible.
  • $20 bonus is limited to one per qualifying Cashrewards account. Separate transactions from different stores do not qualify for additional bonuses.
  • $20 bonus is ineligible if an order is cancelled, changed, returned, rejected, if you purchase an ineligible product, or if you purchase from a 0% cashback store/tier (all standard store cashback terms and exclusions apply).

    Fraudulent activity will result in rewards being forfeited and accounts closed.

      I believe the $20/$30 bonus stacks with exisiting cash backs. “$20 bonus is over and above the advertised store cashback rates which still apply to the transaction.”

    Ordered over $20 worth at an eligible store last night, and it still hasn't registered with cash rewards (I followed all their requirements in terms of not using outside codes, not clicking else where, not having an existing cart etc). Anyone else find this?

      Yeah I did all that as well and made two purchases over $20 from different vendors (Amazon and eBay) and didn’t get any notice from Cashrewards either.

    I made two purchase at once from AliExpress, only one of my purchases got tracked, the one with lower value. I’ve heard in numerous occasions, CR doesn’t track high valued purchases. I hope the same thing doesn’t happen with me

    Is anyone having a problem to open up their website? I've tried on multiple browsers with multiple devices (desktop and mobile) but still no luck. It just shows me a blank page and apparently, there are errors when I open up the browser developer console. I've also disabled all kinds of blockers and also tried to open it in private mode.

    I tried to activate the offer by clicking the email link and also manually type their URL to access their website. None of these work for me. ;(

    well i ordered 3 items total $31 on ebay and today i see 1 item out of stock hence order cancelled. other 2 items total $21 and tracked on CR. will it cause any decline of bonus? i basically get them for free i hope..

    Really disappointed. I got 2 emails August and September and both time order menulog more than $20 after activation offer. None of them are approved or traced and for first order one CR rep came up with various reasons time to time( Ex discount applies, less than 20, activation not done ) seriously ? I even have activation email , order emails etc. My mate who did next to me is alright and he is new customer . Sorry I wont use again

      I get those generic answer emails when my purchases didn’t track too even when I know I did everything right. Contact TA, he will get things sorted.

    So I ordered 2 items for >$20 (exc GST and deliv, no promo codes) on ebay in the same transaction (both in cart, paid at once). It shows up in CR as two separate ebay cashbacks processed at the same time. Let's hope they don't claim it as 2 transactions and void the bonus in two months when it is due.

    I got burned last time when some browser extension apparently voided the CR cashback (works with SB every time), so this time used a fresh vanilla browser with no extensions.

      Yours should be good. I have the same thing happened also a purchase on ebay. We should get the $20 cashback.
