Seems like a good offer, not so happy that it has to be done via phone. Not sure why they don’t allow online payments.

    • What can you use it for?

    • +2

Dude, even if the phone call takes 20 minutes $500 is $500.

      • i understand this, but if I am using my own card and a friend's card it may become problematic. If paying online it is much easier.

Weird to have a Business offer on their consumer cards

  • Could I just prepay $1000 to get the credit ?

    • Thats what I was thinking, but can't find a domestic product they offer which I need

Anyone have any feedback on these people… Just called to have chat to them and get what sounds like a personal messagebank "Sorry it's Jack, leave a message and I'll call you back…" Not exactly what I expected.

  • +4

If you called and got the message bank for you it was probably Price Jack waiting to get into you for some $$$$$.

  • +1

i have it on a few amex cards. can you order a new solar system from them and split pay $1000 on serval cards over the phone?

    • +1

i guess you can try, i don't see what's the issue

    • +1

Exactly what i was thinking… Thinking whether we can still stack with govt rebates. Cause then we essentially get the system for free :)

  • what are the products that they offer? i dont want to spend time on a phone call to listen to an advertisement..

Lets see if i can put a deposit on a $11k system (using 11 cards)

    • +1

Let us know how you go

  • Does anyone know what their price point is compared to competitors?

  • +1

seems like they are based in victoria, wonder if its only for victorians? I've registered for a callback

    • +2

They also service nsw. Waiting for quote

      • No email yet for quoting a 6kw inverter 8kw panels system

  • +1

What's the price points? Also are these eligible for solar rebates?

  • +1

Will be good to get some feedback on their quotes for NSW.

  • +1

I've been in touch with one of the reps and asked them if I can do split payments for a system upfront (didn't mention Amex at all) and they replied:

"Just so you are aware we can only except 1 card as payment of up to $1500 as part of the Amex offer."

    SolarEdge SE7000
    28 Seraphim -SRP-315BMB 8.82KW

    After STC $12510
    Thoughts?
    5. Up to $1500 can be charged to a credit card with the remainder owing required to be paid via EFT

    • +1

By the look of it no deal, over $10k for a not even 9kw system is way too expensive, unless it's a micro system. And these guys use old last generation panel, 315w was for like 2 years ago, for this price I'd expect 370w at least.

  • +1

Has anyone had any luck using more than 1 card?

  • +1

Well I've now been waiting a month for them to get back to me with a quote. If this is the quality of service just to get a quote I'm hardly filled with confidence in the product they might deliver.

    • don't bother, their quote was roughly 20% more than the companies listed in solarquotes website

  • Similar experience here. I've been waiting for over a month for them to send me the specs for the batteries they can supply and the pre-qualification questionnaire to check my inverter.

Seems like they launched this deal without thinking it through
