Here we go again… Do your research on previous deals by this company on ozbargain (TL;DR - poor quality product, not worth the RRP).

    • +1

Any recommendations on where to get uggs?

      • +1

Unfortunately not, but keen to hear if anyone else has any recommendations. Something that will last more than 1-2 months lol

      • -3

we are the only 100% Australian made Ugg boot company as we own our own tannery, all our Uggs are guaranteed.
We have been producing since 1981

      • +1

        I get mine from here - https://www.australianuggboots.com.au/en-au

Australian made, manufactured in Melbourne and the quality is top notch. Mine are a couple of years old and still going strong

        • thanks, do you know if they ever go on sale? I've had an ozbargain alert on "ugg" for ages and the only deals are from this mob :(

          • @fredblogs: Sorry, not sure about their sales. I can vouch for the quality though. They're definitely worth the price

      • https://www.australianleather.com.au/ is where I got mine. They are a decent price, I got a pair years ago and they held up really well! Very good quality with sheepskin exterior and sheep fleece interior. I have a pair of OzLamb UGGs as well but they developed a hole where the big toe is for me and on my dad's pair. The Australian Leather ones look, feel and lasted better. Although, in some areas the interior wool has worn out now after 4 years, the exterior never wore out and looks brand new!

we have sold over 10,000 pairs on Ozbargain and had less than 1% returns or complaints. Unfortunately not all happy customers comment.
      we guarantee all our products.

      • +5

        That's because;
        1. They're made just well enough to last the warranty period
        2. For $30, people would probably just throw them out (like me). No point getting another pair only to subsequently throw then out in another month - not very sustainable

        • -2

simply not true, if you have an issue please email us with photos

          • +3

@UGGAustraliaOfficial: Lol don't take my word for it, go look at the comments on all the previous deals, your product has terrible quality and the only way you flog them is an overinflated RRP to give the appearance of big discounts. I'd have to go to the landfill to take your photos, so no thanks.

Since the 30/04/2020, the scuffs have gone on sale on ozbargain 8 times… But please, carry on with your overinflated RRP and terrible product.

            • -1

@ozbargain2019: as mentioned we have sold over 10,000 pairs on OZB, people continuously DM us and ask for these sales.
We guarantee all our products, so if you had a fault you should have contacted us.

              • @UGGAustraliaOfficial: I'm doing a thesis on selling products whilst having shocking reviews and I'm wondering what the secret is ?

    • Bought some for my wife in a previous deal and they have been great. I wouldn't pay the RRP but at the discounted price she has been very happy with them wearing them nearly every day. I see negative comments about this company every time they post something however from my experience they have been fine

      • +2

Fair enough, glad you got a good quality product, I suspect its rare from this company these days.
I hear their products used to be incredibly premium, but it seems to have taken a downward turn recently.

Please check previous posts and the lack of quality, customer service and issues people have had.

Hi, I just followed up your order and we have been waiting for a response on Paypal for a month. We have sent a return form and label to you.

      • +2

Would you like to tell the whole story?

Like how you ignored emails until I posted publicly here?
Or how you initially offered store credit until I went through paypal?
How you took weeks to respond and then set unrealistic terms of return after I explained it was bought as a gift?

What about how you denied my request for 50% back due to the item being significantly undersized and instead are forcing me to jump through more hoops?

As seen below, these two items were sold as the "exactly the same" https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/557533

I am glad more people are speaking up about your company and your posts are now lighting up red :)

I was one of the people sitting on the fence on previous deals and gave these guys a chance. BIG MISTAKE

Terrible quality and zero communication once I had an issue with the product.

    • Disappointing to hear as like you, I was also on the fence. My old pair have lasted me years and they don't have another winter left in them. No idea what to get next.

  • +3

I would not recommend anyone purchase from this company.

  • The couple of pairs of scuffs I received were pretty average (one pair was badly colour mismatched and the other came unstitched) but there was no issues with the customer service and a timely refund. I'd probably purchase again as they were very comfy but I do think the quality has gone downhill over time….I have an old pair of full length Uggs that I've had for over 10 years. Apart from the wool not being as fluffy, they've held up extremely well.
I think you need to balance your quality control and number of sales a little better.

  • +4

absolute garbage avoid them and hard to deal with

  • +3

I wouldn't be fooled by this. The brand they send you will be the "made by Ugg" brand they use in the title, not the "Ugg" site they direct you to visit. The RRP is probably based on their "Ugg" brand - I'm not sure a "no-name" brand is worth any more than what they're actually selling them for here. Many people have been jerked around by this company (search old adverts) and the quality isn't great. I gave my last pair away.

  • +2

This is a company I would avoid at all costs. Customer service is non-existent unless you make it public.
