      I had the same experience too, the two rugs were chalk and cheese with one being less than the advertised 105cm+. I sent it back for replacement but I was told 4 days ago that they can't replace it because we will not be getting more stock soon. Lo and behold.

      All rugs are slightly different in size but as a guide these rugs will be 95cm-105cm in length and approx. 70cm in width.

        Mine just arrived. 90cm long and 59cm wide. Probably best to update the sizing as most don't appear to be that quoted. Ours is a touch too narrow for what we wanted it for

    Sounds like these rugs are slightly smaller than the last ones. The previous were stated to be 110cm+ whereas these are 95-105cm (as stated in an earlier comment)

      they are the same but we would prefer to be on the safe side saying 95-105, to give you an idea some are 115cm.

    I got one from the previous deal. Absolutely love it. Mine was more than 110cm long. The fur is thick and soft. My dog refuses to get off the rug.

    The texture, comfort and even the smell these rugs is incredible. I purchased the previous deal as a gift and the positive reaction received when they handled the wool made this 100% worth it. Their expectations of $ was much greater than the $66 price too.

      best to dry clean, you can cold hand wash then brush with a metal brush, dry out of direct sun.

    Thx OP - bought another one. First one was intended for me to use to put my feet on while at my work desk - but the cat and my wife decided they would hijack it! Great value and quality. I'd also be interested in any specials on mens Uggs - my UGG moccasins are getting a bit long in the tooth

      No we refused to join and went to court against Deckers on our own.
      The reason we didn't join is because we are the only Ugg boot manufacturer that owns their own Tannery.
      Every other manufacturer buys skins treated overseas. We are the only 100% Australian made and owned sheepskin company.

    FWIW: I ordered some sheepskin boots from UggAustralia a couple months ago.

    They took over a month to send them (the item location was less than an hours drive from me) and wouldn't respond to any of my support emails asking what was happening (I didn't receive any tracking information or shipping confirmation.

    After receiving the boots, I noticed my right boot is quite tight (my feet are exactly the same size, I know this for a fact) and hasn't fully stretched out after a couple months of wearing it every day.

    Be advised: I'm not saying they're not a good company, they might be a great company, but them seem to be not handling the current conditions very well.

    bought 3 pairs, 1 for myself, 1 for a partner & 1 for a child.
    1 pair for child never turned up - Been chasing for a refund for almost 4 months now.
    1 pair for partner is torn apart.
    customer service sucks, there is no phone number, email are almost answered every 6/8 weeks after making a query
    not buying again.

        when they did reply, one of the guys who called he said i'll just mark your order as not received & send the whole order again. Waited for another 4 weeks. now the winter is about to go. I got a call again but they said we have proof of delivery & you have received the items. when started disputing the item which wasn't received originally, he said check with Australia Post. They prob will not reply here any more, i will put the transaction in dispute as fraud.
