    The ordering form won't allow NS, we can do this manually on request if you need them however :)

        There is no point of NS records on the VPS ordering page? It's something that has to be done at the registry (using host records) and it needs appropriate DNS records which can vary customer to customer. If customers need it, we can instruct them on how to set it up.
        However, we are always eager for feedback, and I'll let our team know.

        Do you even know what you are talking about ? I am talking about your VPS service, where the NS the client has to use is ALWAYS asked, ESPECIALLY when using WHMCS, NEG for being ignorant…

        Yes, I understand what you are talking about. I've just tested it, and it completes the order (without asking for NS records). I'm not sure how any of the above is being ignorant.

      I can see your concern. For the last two months, we've been selecting our hardware, our DC provider and working for our High Availability options. We've selected a DC that is known for high uptime (their SLA on our hardware is 99.999%). There is always business hosting options which gives you 99.9% uptime.

  Do you still need to add the "60off" promo code ? or have they already been applied - Prices are $1.5 per month for economy hosting as per the website , when I add the 60off code, it says :

  The promotion code you entered has been applied to your cart but no items qualify for the discount yet - please check the promotion terms

      Thanks Netvirtue … But I still get the error msg. This is for the web Hosting economy plan thats listed for $1.50 per month. (Am i doing something wrong?)
