      • Mine got cancelled and refunded. Joyce Mayne support said they ran out. I asked how they run out of digital codes and they just ended chat. Terrible service and will never use them or Latitude again.

        • How do refunds work when using latitude?

          I’ve paid mine off, so I guess latitude will just transfer the money back to the card?

            @indomatic: JM told me that they will email codes in the next few days. Apparently they were ordering some in. Harvey Norman sent me a refund. Nothing from Domayne except the standard "we will talk to our manager"

    How do refunds with latitude Pay work? Can I also add that this is very poor handling by Harvey Norman and latitude Pay. Why have a product available with the offer get through checkout and then to rescind on it? This means I missed out on spending the promotional credit on something else and they've wasted most of our time unless you got lucky. I might contact Fair Trading and ACCC regarding false advertising on a promotional deal.

    • Happens all the time. Website stock doesn’t update in time. If they refund you that’s all that’s required. If they refund you ACCC won’t care that they sold something that wasn’t available.

  • Just got an email that my gift cards have shipped from Domayne. I might be actually getting physical 3 x $50 gift cards.

      I would find it odd if this was an error a week after placing the order. Can't complain even if they are sending physical cards, as long as I get them..

  • Did anyone receive an email from LatitudePay that your order got refunded? Waiting to see if it comes through to my Bank account.
    Still activated my gift cards on purchase day and my wallet still shows $150 in PSN…

        I received the same emails today as well. One from HN saying they issued a full refund. Another from Latitude Pay saying they'll refund me.

        I already activated the 3 PSN cards. They can't take the $150 from my wallet because i've spent some of it.

        I called Latitude Pay and they say i'll receive a refund of $100 within 7 days (as I paid it off/they closed my account/I had them unblock it), but then they still haven't returned the $0.01 hold for adding a new payment method, so I'll have to wait and see.

        I'm confused!

        • Weird. I got in the deal from HN just after it was posted, got the PSN codes straight away.

          I haven't activated them yet, maybe I should, but I didn't get any email saying I'd be getting refunded. LatitudePay are still taking the weekly amount from me

          • @chromium: I received the 3 codes immediately from Harvey Norman… all activated… and still have $139.11 in my PSN wallet.

            I paid the initial $10 to Latitude, but then stupidly paid off the final $90 as I thought there was no penalty for doing so. Latitude blocked my account. I rang them, they unblocked it.

            I was surprised to get the refund email from HN and then Latitude. I called Latitude Pay again, and they said the $100 I paid would be refunded to me.

            Today, both the $10 and $90 transactions were refunded and I still got to keep the $150 credit I activated on the PlayStation. I can't see how they could possibly take it away… Harvey Norman's mistake!

            My advice would be to activate the cards ASAP (if you haven't already).

            • @Graffin: Lol. How can they take it away from me, I have the codes. Can they get them deactivated or something?

              I went to redeem before and they came up telling me they would add $50 to my account, I just didn't redeem any yet because I might want to give them to someone else down the track. I didn't get any emails about refunds, so I assume mine are ok.

              • @chromium: The voucher codes could be deactivated by Sony, but HN would have to initiate that and they've obviously lost track of who they sent codes out to, so i'd say it's unlikely.

                If it were me, i'd redeem them on the PSN Store!

  • Last I heard from JM was a personalised email from support asking me to confirm if I had not received the GCs. That was late Friday afternoon. Still nothing since.

    Has anyone actually received cards by mail?

    • I've had the same experience as you. Suggested I wait 6 business days on the 14th, will ask again tomorrow.

        "Technical error", unable to send. Refund going to be given and payments reversed through LatitudePay.

          OK, I waited for good 6 hours in online chat to have 1 guy talk to me.
          Once he find out I paid by LattitudePay, he canceled my orders. Now refund is siting in my bank account as pending.

          I suggest to contact them to get this cancel. because during the whole conversation, I found out they have no clue.
          They don't even know if the order has been mail to customer or not. and have no idea which order have been actioned.
          Everything from their End shown completed as well, there is no more action from them.

          You will NEVER receive the code by mail or email.

      I received a "your order has been shipped" email on the 15th. Facepalming and slightly annoyed, but still hopeful of getting my cards.

  • Does anyone have a phone number to call? I'd rather not wait hours on live chat. I tried 02 9201 6111 which is HN HQ but there's no answer. Edit: 3rd time is the charm, someone took my details and said I would get a call back from online
    Edit 2: Refund processed. They exceeded their daily limit.

    Mine are going to be refunded.

    I received a Tax Invoice and Shipping notification on the 15th October .

    Order apparently failed to go through, and they will be cancelling and refunding due to a technical error.

    How can a company get away with that? If I didn't contact them, would I have ever got my money back?

  • Paid instantly to attitudepay and order got cancelled. Attitude only refunded $90 even though I paid $100. They are insisting that they refunded $100 even though my bank statement shows $90. Their customer service sucks. They are full of attitude.

    • I got $90 and then another $10 as a separate transaction. Very weird.
