  Doesn't seem to work for my existing account.

  I put in my email address "[email protected]" and the form gave me a big fat error "Invalid email". After a few more minutes of looking around I ended up back at the same page and decided to try again, this time my email was detected as valid and I was able to "activate" the free courses on my account.
