      Neh, 'tis better to hire an industrial sized unit to make sure that you're firing on two cylinders with ease. A bit noisy though them pumps.

        $80 a month to rent + $200 deposit, and roughly $180 to buy - unless you only need it for 2 months or less (or you really need a hospital grade pump), that's not really the best idea

          not a valid comparison, the ones you rent cost many hundreds… you'd probably need to use them for 6 months to break even…

          if your not sure that you will be able to express milk or not, you are better off renting first rather than going to the expense of buying…

      DONT get manual!!!!

      Mrs tried Avent manual, only to move to Avent Auto a few weeks later from RSI ;). Hell, I had to help her pump a couple of times because her arms were getting so tired.

      Electronic ones are MUCH easier to use… ok they cost a little more but its worth it, especially at 3am!
