GAME LANE - bad experience

Folks,

I need to went.

Pre ordered an Xbox 360 game from an Australian online retailer GAME LANE. Shortly after, I received an email stating that payment was successful. On the day of the release, I received an e-mail that the game have been dispatched via Registered Aus Post Mail and a tracking link provided. 5 business days later, no package. Tracking website states that there is no activity under a reference number provided.

Emailed to retailer via 2 means: web mail and e-mail. No response.

Can't believe the arrogance, not to mention very upset kids.

  • I remember these guys. Bought a PS3 controller off them a while back. It was delivered fast (1 day) but I paid a very high premium ($67 vs $50).
    Have you tried calling them? (02) 9690 1960 seems to be their number.
