    Is Discontinued By Manufacturer: Yes

    Great feature…

  • +7

These are legitimately really good value for their price.

Aldi was selling the WI-C200s for $30 before, which retailed at JBhifi for $59.95

    • +1

That’s how I got mine. Great sound!

      • Agree. I bought 2 of the WI-C200s and have not been disappointed.

    • I bought those too. They are starting to go a bit wiggy now, but they do a good enough job with podcasts and music.

    • Does it has microphone? IE, can you make a phone call with it?

      • Yes you can

      • I find mine are not great for Video conferences or long phone calls, they easily rub on clothes causing unwanted noise. My unit also seem to just stop working after about 30 minutes of active use. They remain paired to the device but sound and mic stop. Battery is fully charged so not sure why. It's ok for listening to music but if in an important meeting it's not a great look.

        • +1

That's annoying. Anyone else have similar experience?
          Looking particularly at mic quality.
I want to use it for exactly that - long Zoom meetings and calls and want to sound good.

          • @pencilman: The issues I have are:
            * Rebooted twice in the last month
            * When I turn them on they try to connect to my phone, fail, and after a few tries they give up. I now have to manually connect them every time
            * Phone calls have never worked for me. I assumed they have no mic because of this

Keep in mind that before these issues they were flawless. They may be damaged as I sweat a lot. I have some SoundPEATS Truedot Wireless Earbuds arriving within a few weeks as a replacement.

            • +1

              @Loopholio:

              Sounds like they're faulty :|

              • Phone calls have never worked for me. I assumed they have no mic because of this

              Mine have been fine

              • @cwongtech: Hmm, maybe I should get a mate to help test them. I've only ever tried (and failed) to talk to people who are rude enough to call me when I'm listening to Conan and the Chill Chums :)

    • +1

For me the WI-C200 has very average sound. But ok for the price.

      • for $30 you couldn't go wrong

I'd value them at maybe $40 given that they are a Sony branded bluetooth earphone (for WI-C200)

      • I get subtle background noises when nothing is on, also the range on the bluetooth connection is not too great either. I use it on my computer with a bluetooth dongle.

  • No aptx? Hmm

    Check out the delivery times:

    FREE delivery: 16 - 18 Nov
    Fastest delivery: 5 - 9 Nov

    • They do offer AAC. I have a set of these bought from Aldi for $40 and they're actually very good for the money after some initial burn-in time. I'm a bit of an audiophile and my view on cheap IEMs is based on the value of Chi-Fi, and I'd still rate these as being worth $50-60 considering the good battery life and Bluetooth performance. At $28 they're a great deal.

  • +7

    Don't need it.. bought it.

  • are these good for normal music

    • +5

      What is normal music?

      • +5

        Strawberry kisses.

        • +1

LOL. Also Collette - Ring My Bell

          • @D1977: what did I just watch

            • +1

@[Deactivated]: 80s pop my friend. This was all over Video Hits when I was growing up.

You’re lucky I didn’t post a link to Samantha Fox - Touch Me, or Tiffany - I Think We’re Alone Now.

I still rate that Strawberry Kisses comment above as pure gold. Cracked me up big time.

ween - push the little daisies

  • +11

I was actually so keen to give these a go at this price point then I thought maybe I should have a quick look at what they actually look like on somebody
    https://youtu.be/IkR5QJqaWT4?t=14

To say the least they look absolutely horrible and awkward to say the least

I really like the concept I think it's just those two big plastic things that hang down that ruin it for me

    • Was about to buy, but after this video need to reconsider…hmm

    • +3

I run the cords under my shirt and they look and feel fine, the cords are soft so they aren't as heavy as they look in my opinion. Use daily for 2-4hrs

      • Thanks for the tip.

    • +1

      I cancelled my order.

    • +2

Most of them have that plastic thing. This is where the battery is. Without them, you don't have power. I have the C200 from Aldi and they are fine for the bus commute to work and walking. I tuck the plastic bits under my business shirt or polo shirt collar.

      • I understand the plastic bit holds the brains and the power but look at the pictures of people wearing them they look terrible I'm sure it could've been done a better way.

        • I've seen worse. I have the C200 in front of me now and honestly it's not that bad. I don't use them for running as I think the 2 x battery holders would constantly pull them out of my ears, but for conference calls and listening to music on route to work, they are brilliant. To get the best sound and block out all the noise around you, you have to find the sweet spot in your ears where they fit perfectly.

    • +1

I do feel a bit silly wearing them, but after I hit 40 I care far less about how silly I look.

  • +1

Have had a pair of these white ones for over a year. Paid $68 at JB. They have great sound for the price, mainly because they fit so well. Battery life is awesome.

  • Thanks OP.
    Finally ordered one.
Was out for the blue, but blue is already OOS.
    Got the black one.

For $30 you can't possibly go wrong with Sony wireless bluetooth in-ear.

  • +1

Thank you, excellent price for Sony headphones. Hoping that the delivery time is over estimated!

    • Did you get free shipping i’m looking at $7 ish for delivery

      • Shipping is free if you are prime member.

        • Yep works after i logged in to my prime acc
          Thanks got one.

  • Need help -

bought soundpeats TrueShift2 yesterday ($42) night. Is this a better buy??

Mostly to be used for calls and occasional music.

    Cheers!

  • Has anyone used these for running? I'm thinking of getting these but I've used a similar pair for running and they fell out constantly. These ones look quite good in that they are are symmetrical with the two panels to stay balanced on your neck

    • +2

This style is not good for running as the heavy bits will pull them down and eventually fall out. Get a sports pair.

      • Thank you friend

    • +1

for running get the ones that have a shark fin looking thing on them, holds them in your ear. Or those wrap around ear types. I think Jaybird have some low cost ones that do the job

  • +5

I've had these for longer than a year, in white which is really off-white towards light grey, and they are my go to wireless headphones. I have a pair of apple ipods but these are used more often.
    My likes are:
    - corded so I don't loose them, on or off me (i.e. can hang down if taken out of your ear)
    - small and lightweight
    - unbeatable battery life
    - good sound quality at the price point
    - they fit neatly and stay in my ears
    - answer phone calls easily & mic works well
    - value for money
There isn't anything that I dislike and would buy again in a heartbeat.

  • Black & Blue OOS

  • I just joined the Amazon Prime but they're still charged me $58.22.

  • White is back in stock and new deal is available.

  • So has anyone had theirs shipped yet? I'm still waiting on shipment.

    • I received mine yesterday

Ordered 15Oct, estimate then was 13-25Nov using Prime expedited international shipping

Received an email 22Oct saying it was dispatched with estimated arrival 24Nov! But arrived yesterday
