Sony WI-C310 Wireless In-Ear Headphones $55 + Delivery ($0 C&C) @ Harvey Norman

80

Seems to be the best deal available at the moment when comparing Sony AU, Kogan and JB Hi-Fi.

However, I have read of someone getting them for $25 in this post.

Edit:

As per comment Klee’s comment, right now the cheapest price for these ear buds are at Amazon AU:

I was able to get them that cheap by combining the JB HiFi’s 40% off Sony headphones + the $10 off coupon from JB HiFi’s receipt phone number deal.
They were originally $59.95, then 40% off was $35.97, then $10 coupon applied to bring it to $25 total.

I may have referred to the price of the wi-c310 (which looks identical) at one stage and got the calculation wrong.

    • Hi just to confirm I got the wi-c200 model.
It is identical in look and specs to the wi-c310 I triple checked before buying @ Sony AU Official site.
I could get the wi-c200 for $25 & the wi-310 for $35. I got the wi-c200 as I saw little differences between the two.

If any the differences may be: the colours available (black & white only for wi-c200) and maybe the wi-c310 has a different sound (like more bass or something).

Apparently the call quality is terrible and Amazon has them for $49 plus shipping https://www.amazon.com.au/Sony-Wireless-Headphones-WI-C310-W…

I would say call-quality is fine for the average person, who will likely be using them (I bought them for my mother, she thinks they are great).

The only thing is your voice gets piped the through the earbuds when using them on a call, so depending on the user they may find this annoying (or think it’s bad call quality).

      • Thanks for providing more info. Naturally that would mean background noise is piped through as well?

        • Yes most likely the same amount as other earphone microphones.
But only if you are in a noisy environment should it be a problem.

    • Call quality is terrible for most headphones and earphones it seems.

Thanks Klee, I have updated the description to mention Amazon AU

Using these right now on my phone. Batt life is pretty good which is what I aiming for (they claim 15hrs). I prefer this style as opposed to the AirPod or Over Ear types as I can hang it around my neck when not in use, great for the office.

I don't have issues with call quality - I forward my desk phone to mobile . It does however playback through the Mic during calls so that you can hear yourself and a byproduct of that it amplifies ambient sounds slightly. Bit weird at first but you get used to it. Has USB-C charging.

    • can hang it around my neck when not in use

You forgot to mention the magnets inside the buds where the L&R logos are. They are great, hold the buds together so it becomes a necklace and has less chance of falling off.

you can hear yourself… Bit weird at first but you get used to it.

Yes my mother finds it completely fine.
