Recommendations on Free Standing Punching Bag

Good afternoon everyone.

Settings up my home gym ( basic use) and getting items one by one.

Almost 8 months back bought a spin bike, and it's really useful and using it daily.
Now I am looking at buying a free standing punching bag. I am staying in apartment and with limited space, so, can't have hanging bags.

Looking for basic beginner use and no where looking at pro level requirements. Basically just for calorie burning. Don't want to spend a fortune. Maximum $200.

Was browsing through and found some warehouse deals like below. Can someone suggest me, this is decent buy for my situation. Anyone have experience or suggestions.

Thanks for offer brother. I am not yet ready for prison. Will talk about it when I am ready.

      • I am volunteering lol. Anyways 4 dollars a pound.

        • If you're getting paid, it's not volunteering, is it?

  • rather than a full bag, you can get a few ball on string setups you can use for speed training. Burns a lot of calories. full punching bags require a lot of space. Speed balls help with developing reflexes too. Amazon has plenty for around $50.
Dont get the one that attaches to your head.

Have you considered getting a flatmate?

  • Gym equipment gets sold cheap as people lose interest. Seen one on Gumtree in Gold Coast similar to the basic model for $80 and looked clean.

    • Checked locally. Nothing available. Btw, I am from Brisbane.

      Thanks anyway.

  • Goto the park and box a tree
