Until they actually ship you your item. :)

      • rub it in why don't you… i feel like being the only guy at work who didn't join the lottery syndicate, i mean what were the chances they'd win and share $500M…………….. =D

what was inside the 2 boxes? (sorry.. nosy.. but if they are fox factory shocks………………………………..)

        • It was 2 of these kits as I was trying to offset shipping :S. Ngl. I don’t think I have use for much of this stuff. It’s all quite specialised apart from a few generic tools.

@ATangk: sorry just caught up on the thread below. 2 of them? man you suck! =P
            congrats are in order!

Wiggle is deceptive lately. Wanted to buy clothes, asked about the possible return fee from Australia as their website states "please note there may be a delivery charge for returning certain items" which clearly lacks transparency.

But their answer is even worse; "I have looked into this and self-post will be the only current option to return an order from Australia at this moment due to COVID-19."

Blatantly outrageous, can't see what COVID-19 changes to returning goods freely! Seriously?!

    • yep. they stuffed up my order earlier this year. actually sent me the wrong item….and yes the only way i could get a refund meant that I had to return the item. In the old days, wiggle would have sent the replacement item and let me keep the wrong item. And they didnt respond to any of my emails. Rubbish

  • Anyone get their order confirmation lol

    • +4

      Yes.
      Order confirmation…
      And cancellation too

      • And DHL tracking now!!!

  • I ended up getting refunded via paypal and refund email. But then also got confirmation for order… this morning I received tracking via DHL, anyone in the same boat?

    • Didn't receive any tracking. Good luck if your item somehow arrives haha

    • Really? What did you order?

      • ended up ordering just 2 kits. and paid like the $84 of shipping

        • What kit are you referring to? Was this kit a price error?

          • @first in line: Refering to this kit, and yeah, it was a pricing error, they sent a price error email followed by a refund via Paypal.

    • I too received the cancellation email AND a conformation this morning! No DHL tracking though

    • There were two shipping methods. I guess you chose the fastest shipment method?

      • possibly? Honestly no idea, just clicked next next next next :P

    • Yes. Same boat. I have a active DHL tracking number but it's been refunded and cancelled.

      • what does the tracking show? :O

  • received cancellation and confirmation, no tracking ill wait and see if it arrives.

    • did you get the cancellation and THEN the confirmation?
      I got the opposite..

  • I also got cancellation and "it's been picked and packed". Just a couple of wheelsets, stems, handlebars etc

    • picked and packed… now it's open to interpretation…

    • did you get a tracking number?

      • yes

        • Hi, I got an email on the 17th oct saying my items have been picked and packed too.

When did you get the tracking email?
          Thanks.

  • Got DHL Tracking… Am so confused.

    • Did you get a refund email or paypal notice for refund before?

      • I got a refund notice, but the money was taken out and hasnt actually been refunded.

        • That's a good thing…means your order has been accepted

          • @first in line: Did you manage to get anything yourself? I wonder if anyone noticed Parcelpoint shipping was actually free, so no $80 DHL fee.

        • Takes at least a few business days for refunds to show up. You may be lucky and get both a refund and the product.

          • @8azinga: But im watching the tracking. 2 pieces, processed from East Midlands, Processed through Customs, departed Heathrow.

            • @ATangk: What i meant was that they may have processed a refund, but the warehouse had already sent your product off so you could possibly get both.

Did you have other items in your order?

              • @8azinga: Just 2 of these tool boxes. Big oopsies in their systems. Great upgrade to the random toolpro and craftright shit I've pieced together though haha.

        • what does it show in your account?
I mean… does it show order cancelled or processed or what?

          • @ets27: In the account it shows cancelled.

            • @ATangk: thanks! and when did you get the tracking no.?
I got nothing so far, at this point I guess you are luckier than me

              • @ets27: I got it this morning. Some here seem to say their tracking numbers got updated earlier.

                • @ATangk: Good luck then!

                  • +1

@ets27: There seems to be customs issues. DHL would probably contact wiggle who would then cancel the shipment. Not holding breath for it though.

@ATangk: This has the makings of a 5 part mini-series….

                      • @Juddwah: So wow. Dhl tracking shows it’s already arrived in Sydney this morning, being dispatched with their carrier. Talk about fast…

  • Just curious did anyone ordered wheel sets and got them delivered? They were at deep discounts. Mine got cancelled

    • I ordered in three separate orders:
      4x fox forks
      2x enve rims
      2x fox shocks
      1x evoc bag
Plus something else I can't even remember but that was deeply discounted.
All the three orders cancelled and refunded.

Maybe I should have ordered with express shipping…

      • Which delivery method did you choose?

        • just the standard I believe… I just clicked next next next without paying too much of attention

          • @ets27: Was the shipping not something like $80?

            • @ATangk: For 2 of the 3 orders was free.
For the evoc bag was around 80 bucks

Anyone that's received it; they'll want their products back. It's probably treated as unsolicited goods, so they have 1 month if you tell them and 3 months if you don't. You're liable for any intentional damage to it.

    • What do you mean they want their products back? lol

      • Technically, pretty sure they're treated as unsolicited goods - there was a price error, they cancelled and refunded, and you've been sent the goods - the supplier can collect them and you can be liable for 'wilful damage' to the goods.

Whether or not they come after you to enforce this is another question though…

        The relevant bit is here:

        https://www.accc.gov.au/consumers/sales-delivery/receiving-t…

If you receive unsolicited products or services:

        • you are not required to pay for the products or services
        • you are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from a supply of unsolicited services
        • if you contact the business in writing, expressing that you do not want the products, then the business should recover the products within one month
        • if you don’t contact the business, then the business may recover the products within three months from the day after you received the products
        • you cannot unreasonably refuse to allow the supplier to recover the products
        • you may be liable to pay compensation if you wilfully damage the products during this period.

If the supplier does not collect the unsolicited products within the above timeframes, you can keep the products with no obligation to pay.

        • I think it is going to be too much of an hassle for them to try to get their goods back…
Especially considered they're from overseas.. but hey.. just guessing

          • @ets27: Lots of money though; poster above me has $2600 in toolkits, for example.

            • @LiamF: yes but how much would they spend in legal to effectively claim the money?
I do not believe it would be worth the hassle for a giant like Wiggle..

        • how is it unsolicited? everyone here wanted their order(s)

          • @inamberclad:

            how is it unsolicited?

I'm pretty sure it is, because an order was placed, then declined and refunded, and that should be the end of that transaction.

If it's not considered 'unsolicited goods' in the ACCC sense then there'll be other rules which apply; you don't just get to keep stuff you find.

    • Ok. Packing it up and sending it back.

      • +2

You can just send them a notice that you've received unsolicited goods, and they have a month to collect them from you before you keep them (per the ACCC).

    • +2

somebody missed out here and he's really jealous! :D

      • Actually, no, I've been sent the bike rack. I'm looking at the ACCC page for unsolicited goods (https://www.accc.gov.au/consumers/sales-delivery/receiving-t…), and thinking 'if I open this, I could potentially be on the hook for $2100 for a scorpion-looking bike rack'.

I'm not in the market for something that pricey, I'd buy Thule instead.

  • I placed 2 orders. 1 was cancelled after ~48hrs ($1500 forks for $100), the other was processed without any complaints on Wiggle's end and is apparently in Sydney according to tracking. Assuming it turns up, I got ~$1000 worth of stuff for ~$300 - I ordered some full price stuff, and some cheaper, but heavily discounted items. My daughter is going to have the trickest bike at the dirt jumps at the end of the street.

    • +1

I noticed orders with more items got through. I guess they searched for orders with single discounted items and cancelled those first while bigger orders got processed.

Didnt realise this until it was too late.

      • I got 3 orders with many items but none went through

        • All discounted items or including normal priced items?

          • @8azinga: All discounted

            • @ets27: Sorry, i meant if you had a mix of discounted and normal priced products as what Mentok did.
It took them a lot longer to cancel that order and I did that order 2 days after the first post as a test.
If I did it when I saw the post, I probably would have got the order as the warehouse probably would have packed it before they managed to cancel it.

              • @8azinga: No only heavily discounted items.
There's another guy here that managed to get the toolbox, so it was probably just a matter of timing..
                All I know is that… I didn't get anything :(

  • Anybody still waiting for refunds?

    • +1

      I received a refund today.
