        Yep, it still plays well with 2 people. It's a co-operative deck building game and it's pretty fun, especially if you enjoy Harry Potter themes.

      Great simple deck building game. Super simple to understand & I think it keeps the theme nicely. The mechanic of slowly introducing more across the years works well. Only bit I don't like it there is no card to get rid of weaker cards included in the base game so after you get a deck padded with cards you don't want.

      Sorry for the naive question - how do you do this? I can't find any toggles.

      When I click 'other sellers', there is no Amazon AU - only Amazon US that charges a shipping fee that makes it $25.

      Good game, the first time you play with it is really cool, as it sort of forces you to learn new rules. I've found with more than 2 people though we always seem to lose!

        I've found it can be like that even with 2 people if you get unlucky. We started at game 3. I changed the drawing cards deck to remove some of the excess copies of the less useful cards. That way you get better variety in the 6 options, stronger cards & your deck doesn't get so padded with junk. Or you could bring in a house rule where if duplicates are in there you can discard a dupe if everyone agrees on it with no turn loss or penalty.

      Best Harry potter game out there. It's a basic deck building game so you use resource cards to buy spells, items etc.

        Looks like both discounts are gone - I got mine at $25.90 with the 25% off at checkout but it's only showing as $34.53 now from the same seller without the checkout discount

    Absolute biggest recommendation for The Resistance. My favourite party game and always gets requested by friends. Makes an appearance at just about every board game night. 5-10 players.
