After seeing the deals posted yesterday I thought I try Costco and found it about $50 cheaper. Great TV so far.

how much was the 75 9000h at costco?

    • Only see listed:

      KD75X8000H $2494.99
      KD85X8000H $3699.99

Going tomorrow I will check it out…

      • 8000h isnt worth the money, doesnt have the superior features of the 9000h…i believe the lowest number is always sonys entry level tv…just compare the 8000h to the 9000h, u can see the 9000h has the superior video image processor, 200hz screen, hdmi2.1 for 4k120hz gaming

  • I'm upgrading from an old school 55" Panasonic plasma. Would this plus the new Google TV be a good investment? I'm after PQ mainly for streaming. From what I've read, Sony seems to have one of the best PQs?

    • I haven't been keeping up on the latest google gear, what does a Google TV do that Android TV that's built into this does not?

    • I'd suggest that the TV on its own would be suffice. It has android built in, you will have access to all of the apps. Plus you will be able to cast directly to the TV. I cant really think of a need for purchasing both. EDIT… Plus from all of the reviews I have seen, its one of the first TV's where Android runs smoothly. Reviewers have commented about how snappy it is, so thats a bonus.

  • Can I ask how big the box is? Would it fit in a Mazda CX-5?

  • The 55" is $1595 on the Sony Store with free shipping. https://store.sony.com.au/television-4K-X9000/KD55X9000H.htm…
Seems like not a huge saving here at Costco currently.

  • What is the sound like from this X900h?
