Just received notification via the Camels about this becoming available again at $20. Not the cheapest it's been, but still a good price.

Update 17/10: Back in stock at $20 as of approx 7:3am.

Build a Unicorn Army. Betray your friends. Unicorns are your friends now. Unstable Unicorns is a strategic card game about everyones two favorite things: Destruction and Unicorns! From the back of the box: Learn how unstable your friendships really are. You start with a Baby Unicorn in your Stable. SO CUTE! But don't get too attached, because even Baby Unicorns aren't safe in this game! There are over 20 Magical Unicorns to collect, and each has a special power. Build your Unicorn Army as fast as you can, or be destroyed by one of your so-called friends! Seek revenge or protect your stable using your Magic! Sound easy? Not so fast. Someone could have a Neigh Card (Get it? Neigh?) and send the game into MADNESS! The first person to complete their Unicorn Army shall hereafter be known as The Righteous Ruler of All Things Magical. at least until the next game. Good luck. Contents: 135 cards and rule book.

    Thanks mate, bought 1

    • No worries! I've been trying to grab one at this price point for a while and kept missing out, so really glad to have finally snagged it!

Fun game, little bit complicated if you're expecting the simplicity of Exploding Kittens.

It's pretty much dumbed down Magic The Gathering, which makes it fairly approachable. There's a couple of elements i found confusing though, particularly around the baby unicorns.

I have only played 1v1 so far, 3+ player mode changes things a bit.

    • i'm put off by some reviews saying it takes 2+hrs for > 2 players.

    • The No cards have been a cause of pain for me.

Cheaper on eBay. Should I assume they are counterfeit and/or dropshipped from China (despite saying AU stock)?

    • That seems to be the general consensus, yes. You may get lucky, but it's a case of buyer beware. At least through Amazon, you get piece of mind if the product doesn't arrive as described.

  • Don't buy this game if you're looking for something short and sweet. Every time I've played it drags on forever and outstays its welcome.

  • Not $20 anymore. Only has 3 available sellers all > $60.
edit: just noticed out of stock banner, my bad
