    These are really poor quality batteries. I would only use them on throwaway items nothing you actually care about.

    I can't believe they still make these. They sucked when i was a kid and they suck now. I remember alkaline batteries lasting something like 3-4 times longer.

    IMO Carbon zinc batteries are a farce. You are getting 0.33 MJ/L compared to Alkaline at 0.90–1.56 MJ/L.

    Just go for some cheap Alkaline batteries. I don't agree that Energiser should be allowed to make this brand any more. It's like selling a phone from 2000 and people not realising its outdated technology.

  • They definitely don't last long. Use one for my wireless usb mouse. Last less than a month while other brands can last for at least 4 months.
